Assystme is a personal assistant thought for elders living alone. As the name of the system suggests, it can assess the situation by asking you simple questions such as "I encountered a problem in the house, do you want me to intervene?" and "Are you okay?", where you can easily answer with nothing but your voice. Taking into account the most dangerous situations (as well as some distractions) that other people like you have faced so far, you will take advantage of the system in different ways:
did you forget the faucet open? Assystme immediately warns you and if you wish, you may ask for its assistance by replying to its solicitation, so that it can fix the problem for you. Your assistant can also check the presence of a gas leakage in the environment, a very important feature to be considered! Imagine if, after finishing cooking, you forget the gas open: maybe when you will notice it, it'll be too late. But don't worry, Assystme it's all about your safety: it will close the gas as soon as it recognise its presence and, in a second time, it will inform you by an audio message and it will ask if you are feeling bad. What if you are not okay and you can't even answer? If the system does not hear from you or if you are not able to reply its questions, it will immediately notify your relatives by sending them a message, so that they can call for help and come at your place.
Finally, in order to make you feel extra save, Assystme will also notify your relatives in case you leave home at night: it's always better to go with someone you love and enjoy their company rather than be alone and find yourself in risky situations, don't you think?
